Pricing questions
Is there a diagnostic or inspection fee?
No. You get a flat-rate quote based on the issue, and that's the price. There's no separate charge just to look at the controller.
Are the upgraded joysticks really included?
On PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series controllers, yes — the TMR or Hall Effect joystick is included in the $20 (one stick) or $35 (both sticks) drift-repair price.
How much is mail-in?
Round-trip shipping is a flat $5 for 1–3 controllers or $12 for 4–10. A mail-in drift repair is a flat $40 door to door.
Can prices change?
Prices are accurate as listed but may change without notice, and unusual or severe damage can affect a quote. Message for an exact price on your controller.
