1 · Place your order
Message us with your controller and the issue for a flat-rate quote, then send payment and your delivery details. We can't issue a label before payment — once it's in, we get yours ready.
2 · We email your label
As soon as your payment and address are received, we email you a prepaid Canada Post shipping label — already paid for, nothing to buy at the post office.
3 · Pack it securely
Use a proper box with plenty of padding so the controller can't move around. A bubble mailer is not enough to protect electronics in transit. Add a note with your name and contact info.
4 · Print & tape on the label
Print the label at home and tape it securely to the package — exactly like an Amazon return. Make sure the whole label is flat and fully stuck down.
5 · Drop it at Canada Post
Leave it at any Canada Post location. We repair it — usually within 24 hours of arrival — and ship it right back to you.

Do I have to buy postage or find a label myself?
No. Once you've placed your order and we've received payment and your delivery details, we email you a prepaid Canada Post label. You just print it, tape it on and drop the package off — the postage is already paid.
Is it really like an Amazon return?
Yes — the process is identical. Pack the item securely, use the shipping label we provide, tape it to the package, and drop it at Canada Post. That's the whole thing.
Do I need a printer?
Yes — you'll print the prepaid Canada Post label at home and tape it to your package, just like an Amazon return. Make sure you have printer access before placing your order.
How much is mail-in shipping?
Round-trip flat rate: $5 for 1–3 controllers and $12 for 4–10. That single fee covers the prepaid label to us and the return shipping back to you.
How should I pack my controller?

How long until I get it back?
Once it arrives, most repairs are done within 24 hours and shipped straight back. Total time mostly comes down to Canada Post's transit time each way.
